AGH! Something happened to my RIN. When I try to move down in the menu to select a rom or save state or anything, it automatically moves the cursor up to the top option!!! What is going on? How can I fix this? What did I do?

my solution reinstall the original one first then install the v1.1 worked for me.

I did that, but it's still not working

. Do I have to reinstall EVERYTHING??? I just changed the eboot to the old one and then back to the new one

Well I fixed it by just going back to the old one. And the problem I had with the old one (an unstoppable buzzing sound at the menu screen) is gone, too.
