Not sure if this is usefull, but anyway:
I have to run my psp without battery, allways plugged in, because of a defect. (Will have to send it in, but that's not the point ...) I usually leave it plugged in, but failed to this w-e. When I switched it on this morning, I was sent back to the initial setup (date and time) I had the very first time I switched it on. Interesting I found was that the boot itself only took place after that initial setup. Which means "something" is running before the fw itself (ROM very likely ?). Could this be used somehow ?
