I've thought about this for a while, that it would be great porting Diablo 1 to PSP.

And well, it might be that Diablo is to advanced, but i mean they ported transport tycoon!

Can this come true?

And you could easily solve the mouse problem with an accelerating mouse instead.

Even though Iam against Homebrew requests , I must admit that a diablo port would surely be terrific.

You know ppl should know this.
Theres should be a forum dedicated to porting. And ppl asking for ports.
And the #1rule should be - If you don't have the source code, then don't ask If it can be ported.

He didn't really request for Diablo 1 to be ported, he just asked if it could be ported; and the answer is no, Diablo is not open-source.

PSPSone is your answer, when that gets good enough you can just play the PSX Diablo1. No messy porting of a crappy analog mouse then either...

Exactly, the closes they would get to to getting Diablo 1 on the PSP would be an actual port by Blizzard, or remaking it from scratch which would be probably very hard and you'd probably run into legal issues too.
