Default Starcraft on PSP - Semi Possible?

First, is it possible to install games on the Mac emu?

Or something similiar? I'm trying my hardest to get Starcraft to run on my PSP.

I got DSL using Bochs running and I am currently configuring WINE and CEDEGA to try and get Starcraft running but having little luck.

Also this isn't speculation because I have gotten Starcraft to kinda run on PSP, I just don't have WINE fully configured right yet and Starcraft won't go into single player(but the Blizzard logo shows). I just need more time but is my time being wasted when another emu might run it?

Well since Blizzard haven't and probably never will release the source code for Starcraft, the only way to get it to run would be in an x86 emulator. It may be possible, but i wouldn't count on a decent x86 emulator coming out in the near future. :icon_wink

Someone could always try and port WINE over to the PSP then we would have Half-Life ^^ (More than likely at 2 FPS)

Starcraft would be great on PSP!! Unfortunately, it looks dated on my PC now as its 800x600 and I have a 19" TFT. It only looks good if I dig out my old 15" CRT to run it on.

On PSP the analogue stick would be a good enough replacement for the keys. Grouping units would be missed, but its still very playable without that.

It might be better trying to get an earlier RTS running before putting more time into Starcraft. The original C&C, or even Dune 2 might be worth trying first as they are less power hungry - just until the x86 emulators run games better.

AFAIK Starcraft is only 640x480, not even 800x600...

That would be amazing if someone could port StarCraft onto the psp. They would be god if they could get the PSP to connect wifi to battle.net and we could play people that are using the computer!

Well my attempts using Bochs have failed, I got into that Basilisk emulator, but apparently it won't install Starcraft.
