Ok...my basement guy has a wireless router, and i asked him if i could use it and he said yes...but i want to play my games like gta and untold legends online, but he said i cant download anything on his computer (i asked if i could set up xlink-zai) so is there anyway else to play online?

Some games like Untold Legends like you have, and others like Twisted Metal will play online without needing Xlink. Otherwise it's impossible, also Xlink has limited routers that will work with it so make sure he even has a working one.

So how would i play Untold Legends online without Xlink ???????!?!?!?!?

There's an easy solution- buy a wireless router yourself.

There are only a handful of games that you can play without Xlink Kai, and GTA and Untold Legends aren't any of those games.

SOCOM has built-in online play, as does Twisted Metal and NBA Live. Those games say "infrastructure" on the top of the back of their boxes.

I dont think there is a way currently. And if your only using his router, then you would be downloading and setting up xlink on YOUR computer not his...

does that mean by using someone elses router i can set it up on my computer.. because his router is connected to his computer

if its wireless it doesnt matter, get a wireless card in your PC and run it on that. Your connecting to his router then wirelessly.

u jus put the card in ure computer or plug in an adpater and set it up then ull be able to connect to his wireless internet connection

XBC has a small, very unused PSP tunneling service. I havn't been able to get my PSP detected on either Xlink Kai or XBC yet.
