Download GUSH install it on youre PC
http://www.2entwine.com/download/rel...gush-setup.exe
Make an Account example.
xxx@2entwine.net
Then Login on GUSH as the account you just made. You will see a orange roadsign it pulls up a Gateway page.
From there just enter in youre AIM MSN ICQ info and hit enter.
After that enter any contacts you want on GUSH. Or import them on the gateways page.
After you are done go to the CONTACTS.TXT of the PSP program Jabbar.
change it to this...
server=2entwine.net
port=5222
(((Note: Theese are the login info you made on GUSH)))
usuario=xxx
password=xxx
((This is you're MSN info))
usuariomsn=xxx@hotmail.co m
passwordmsn=xxx
pasarelamsn=msn.jabber.or g.au
contact=xxx@2entwine.net
GUSH basically sets up you're Jabber/2entwine server the way you want it. After you got GUSH setup with everything you will have to logg of of it to recieve any messages on PSP-Jabber although you will be able to send them still.
After you close GUSH you're settings WILL stay and you can reboot you're PSP any time you wish. The only way I see to add 2nd party contacts though is to open GUSH back up and add them but that is simple.
All this keeps you from having to enter any additional Text into the CONTACTS.TXT on Jabbar sence no one has released the commands.
So you don't really even need any info past the 2entwine.net user pass info in the text, but I added it anyway.
Hopefully someone will make this english with a good readme so we can edit the 2entwine/Jabber account through the PSP. Untill then this works great.
I also tryed to connect to the regular AIM client at the same time GUSH was signed into AIM and only one at a time will run. So if you are having a connection problem be sure AIM client is turned off.
So sence I can't use both I just made a screen name TrEonPSP for PSP use only.
I encountered some problems with it showing peoples online status after I had added my whole buddy list of 60 people. It wasn't showing anyone online untill I cut it down to around 20 screen names and restarted it.
Hopefully someone that can program will use this as a model to make an English version and hopefully add on some of the needed options such as a cursor and on screen keyboard. Also a Wifi signal stregnth meter would be great so we know if they are recieving messages.
