Hello everyone and welcome to the 2nd half of the QJ.net PSP Homebrew of the Bi-Weekly! Where YOU choose gets to claim the title of being #1 in this poll! How it will be planned is simple. Every 2 weeks, a new 5 count poll will be posted. It may contain older homebrew, it might twist it up with some newer homebrew. In those 2 weeks. YOU choose which is the better homebrew! Each 2 weeks, the winner will be posted on the front page, maybe a comment or so from the Dev who made it. Then when the NEXT 2 week winner comes out, it will replace the old. (Thus in the title, the 1st or 2nd will show, to represent which Bi Weekly we are on) So stay tuned for the 1st batch to choose from and talk about. =)

The winners will have their dev notified and HOPEFULLY a mini interview can be setup to talk about their app and few other things for a interesting read. =D Otherwise, we may use peoples comments here to put along side the app. =)

This weeks spotlight goes to Basilisk II Macintosh Emulator - Fake Color!

Although ChaosDragon didnt get too far on this.. it was one of the most promising apps out there to put a OS on a PSP.. and it worked! Fully able to use a PC installed Basilisk II mounted HD image and games, full speed, etc. Some size issues however and the full OS install crashed the system. It was still the best one compaired to trying Windows 95, plus its something nice to show off to people! My only wish is that he would have continued to work on it or that someone would have picked up on the project. Add network support etc.. a real OS on psp with a browser.. sigh.

Aside from that, this app is a nice thing to have to show off with and I love it still. =D The fake color ran faster.. thus I loved it more. ;)

I will say this. I am VERY happy about Open TTD as well! I loved the Palm port of it and was happy when someone picked up the project for PSP. =D

Just Jazz was one of my fav PC games during the shareware booms. =D

BOR I still need to try. Duck Hunt didnt work 1st time I did it. Next time it did. Doom. I like it more on my Palm but I do have it on PSP.

Jazz was good for people who lived and played in the shareware/freeware boom.

Also wish I had seen that new ground up homebrew game that recently came out. What is that? A rpg? Maybe Ill do that next poll.

I believe that this poll is not the smartest idea. Everyone has worked hard on their homebrew and now you are trying to rank them. For a fair match put ALL the homebrew in ONE post, or have everyone vote for their favorite by posting. Squarez gets my vote any week. I also do not believe that the creators of these homebrew where looking for the recognization that you are giving them. All's well that ends well.

Oh trust me polls will vary, I cannot put every homebrew in one poll.. cause would be unfair, however once we get like 5 winners, On the 6th poll, I will put the 5 winners on that one to see who wins that.

However, Most apps that are noteworthy and commonly used will be polled.

also you guys should give a testimony to the vote you pick. =p say what you like something, good to have quotes. ;)
