no never upgrade! have you learned nothing from pspu! (looks at your sig) anyway only decide once its out the new features anunced are on sonys todo list they wont all be in 3.0

Update when people here have gotten a hands-on, on all of this stuff. We might not see stuff that was announced for future updates for awhile.

for Flash support,i'd upgrade.

PS1 support,Hmmm...depends on the price of the games and if i can convert games i already own.

then again,you can always convert Flash movies to Avi etc.

I wonder if flash applications will be supported. If so, you could probably play them through the web browser using file:/, unless sony blocks that.

Ahhhh watching newgrounds on the psp, what a day that is, but then ID BE WAITING LIKE 1 HOUR FOR THE STUPID FLASH TO LOAD!! I dont really see flash working that smoothly on the psp, I think the psp runs at a ISDN connnection speed, really slow. The only reason I upgraded from 2.0 is cause I didnt know about so much homebrew yet, I hit my head over a wall for that one .

My advice, don't upgrade as soon as it comes out. If you really want to wait, and get opinions from the suckers who did upgrade. Also, its still a little while off, so don't make this decision now!

I don't understand, will there be a fee to buy/download ps1 games for the emulator?? And if so, wouldn't we be able to put our own ps1 games on the psp?? (i have some in. ... the old box) :P

A: i believe flash well be the exploit maybe i'm wrong but you may be able to hide an eboot though flash, kinda like the tiff method even then 3.0 probable won't be out for anothe month and i'm not upgrading unless hb is reported to work=-)

Why would a person be a sucker for updating. It's all personal preference you can't diss people who want to update. A lot of cool stuff is coming. And you may want to update yourself. Than you'd be calling yourself a sucker. 1.50 while handy for homebrew. Can get boring when you've been using homebrew since back when KXPloit came out.
