it seems all homebrew games come with a folder that has % after the name and contains an eboot but the original folder also contains an eboot. so do you have to still put both folers in the memory stick or only the original one with the levels and other things?

if you have a 1.5 psp then the % folder is a necessity for the homebrew to work, however, if you have a psp with 2.00+ firmware these are not needed and also on 1.00 there not needed.

Yeah, the % folder was for the 1.5 homebrew, just delete it

It may be easier to just use the 1.00 eboot folder, but sometimes this does not come with the images/sounds folders. Im not sure if they are embedded into the eboot or if you need to get them from the 1.5 folder. I like to have the folders so i can edit the images to what i like, i.e. penguine scramble to helicopter.

you need to get them from the 1.5 folder...

I noticed that the % folder has the image for the file. Like if you go under game without it and its a 1.5 eboot it'll only say corrupt data. With them both there you get it with it's icon under the game but you also get another corrupt game folder :P.

Just get rid of it cus we're all eloader users here.

Edit: Doesn't the below post say exactly what I just said, except it's for people like pspunk?

i prefer 1.0 folder coz it will contain the icons/full title

im also wondering if your using 2.6 and gta to run stuff which folder should you use the 1.0 or the 1.5 versions to me it seems both work.

The 1.0 version will work almost all the time.
