Get either the Snes9x TYL me v0.3 Kernel Mode or
Snes9x TYL v0.2c

I prefer the 0.2c because with the 0.3 version you can't put your PSP into sleep mode, but 0.3 is faster so it's your choice. In my opinion 0.2 is plenty fast enough for all the roms I play.

(They are the two most downloaded versions of the snes emulator, on that link I provided for you)
