Default opening_plugin.rco

I noticed a difference in the opening_plugin.rco files between version 1.00 and version 1.50. I have a dump of the 1.00 firmware, and would like to flash this into my psp instead of the one that is already there. I have also tested the swapping of the files with the firmware launcher. I know that PSPset can switch the files, but not for this purpose (for the purpose of replacing the boot sound which is within the file). Would someone be able to tell me if this would work/test it out?

I just wanted to know if the file would even possibly be compatible. I have tried it with the firmware launcher, but that can be pretty unreliable at times.

the opening_plugin.rco has to match the opening_plugin.prx although I didn't test it between 1.50 and 1.00 I highly doubt that it does....
You'll end up with a bricked I warned you...

It should work fine, but I am making no guarentees. I remember a little while back someone put one in that completely removed the Sony text and that worked fine.

It would be better to replace the sound in the opening_plugin.rco from the 1.5
rather than replace the whole file.
What is the difference in sound from 1.0?
If I can have a download link for opening_plugin.rco (not here) from a 1.0 fw dump I will
have a go at a proper 1.5 file with that sound. It should be just a different .vag file.
