Mods when the emulators are made with the sdk. Where will be able to dowload them. Are you guys going to make an xbins for the psp?

Not quite sure what you're saying - but most of the emulator creators are part of a "grass-roots" homebrew movement. They have no interest or need to use illegally obtained SDK's to make their programs - takes the fun out of it.
