Why cant some snes roms run perfect

Look i know all of you are thinking OMG ANOTHER NOOB QUESTION well guess what im no n(.)(.)b ok any ways back OT i have the settings right psp accel/psp aprox and frame skip 2 but some times the game runs like this ____________---------_________----------------___________--____--______
when i jump it goes ________-----___ so i want to know if any one has solved this problem
(favorite game that runs just like i said SUPER MARIO WORLD)

i really dont know why romsare slow but if you want a perfect SNES emu get uo_snes thats the best emu

kay this is what i do with uo_snes to work perfect

Frameskip: 1
Sound Rate: 11khz (it doesnt really affect the sound)
PSP clock: 333mhz

that should be enough to play SUPER MARIO WORLD at a great speed.

well the play super mario allstars maybe is a bit faster than the original.

wrong slower i tryed i want it nice and fast and smoth like this start the game!!___________________ _________________________ _beat bowser then i win

My guess = bad dump..look for a [!] after the rom to make sure it's good.

Get super mario allstars + world, its a great dump and hack.

yeah and i think you have the old vesion of snes the new one i think is s9xtylv.03 i think

I have 0.3 ok if i do change emus i have to have a menu

if you turn the sound off, you get like 5 more fps

yea but its not fun with out sound except the old rpg games
