I tested today the browser hack of Wipeout Pure, while running Wipeout from the memory stick (by the way, you can run Wipeout with Gretzky in the UMD, and NOT only with Twisted Metal). Wipeout runs perfectly, but i cant make the web browser run (and i now how to do it). It is either my Linksys WRT54GS which is the problem, or the fact that the browser hack somehow does not work with Wipeout on the mem stick.

Did someone succeed in using the browser with Wipeout from the mem stick ? Which router do you have ?

I thought that loader replaced one of the networking prx files with a BS one to get it to work... If that's true, then that's as good as it's gonna get until we can load prx's off the ms.

:wall: i tried the loader as well and got it to work off gretzsky but also had the issue of web browser not working. discovered tho that the umd does play a part tho in the browser cause if not loaded i guess it doesnt spin which makes it fail....

Ooo...kkk. If you re right, that would explain the issue. Ah, you are probably right, because i see no other explanation. The connexion is OK from the PSP connexion tester, only unaccessible from within Wipeout. Thanks anyway :-)
