is it possible to get a text document on my 2.6 psp ?

yep. you can view them through the web browser or download the bookr homebrew.

you can view a text file in your browser when you put it onto your memory stick
just put file://[textfile].txt in your adres bar and you can read a textfile

i got a comic file with that extension

or u can use the pspad homebrew to view/create/edit text files
