ok guys, heres how u do it

i did it this way, and its best to start it like this, then figure out how to do it other places

BEFORE DOING ALL THIS, MAKE SURE U ARE INVINCIBLE (i.e. INFINITE HEALTH)

1. teleport to the PORTLAND AMUNATION
2. get into a Hover car and fly up about 50 meters
3. set water level to 50 m, but make sure u are still in the car and ABOVE the water when it rises to 50 m
4. get out of car and u will fall into the water
5. disable the water flooding so u fall down
6. once u hit the bottom (the road by AMMUNATION), enable the 50 m water cheat again (by turning it on)
7. YAY! now ur in GTA2 style! GTA3 let u play the game this way, but not GTASA or GTAVC

ha ha i have gta 2 for ps1 what a **** game. and hooger i found this out too... just didnt think it was worth posting i did it by mistake and it reminded me of gta2 so i got pissed off and took at the water and reset everything lol. i also wasnt e xactly sure how did it =) but god find. but i would muchrather see the stuff in ur other thread than this =)

could you implement this in the cheat device? like get a function that does all the above things to result in gta2 style. Like all them functions built into one button?

OMFG!!! lol! I found this out a when the new cheat device had come out but I never told anyone....haha....

and its way easier than this, simply turn on the water level cheat and rise the water level and keep going until the camera starts moving up into the gta 2 style position... Thats what I do, you dont drown and neither does anything else for some reason...or you can set it really high and then just turn it on.

lol i found out how to do this when the new cheat divice came out but i was like cool looks like the old GTA! then i turned off water level cuz that view is point less! it G-A-Y!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

yea, i tried that

but for some reason, i keep floating to the top and i never see myself like the GTA 2 style

i found the cheat from cheatsync.

it works fine and its simple to activate, im attaching the cheats.txt for any one that wants it

its fine untill you go to lock onto someone, then it goes back to the third person mode untill you release the R button.

Yeah, I did this a couple days ago. I didn't turn the water off though. I just left Tony on the ground and then raised the water level and it worked the same.
