flash0 access

This is a discussion on flash0 access within the PSP Homebrew and Hacks Discussion forums, part of the PSP Development, Hacks, and Homebrew category; I know that there is not suppose to be flash0 access on 2.x but with the unfinished version of GeMP ...

Default flash0 access

I know that there is not suppose to be flash0 access on 2.x but with the unfinished version of GeMP I was able to look at Flash0. I know it is not flah1 befcause it did not have the registry folder. Please don't flame me it is just what I saw.

you can read flash0 but not write to it

you can read and copy flash 0, just not modify it

this can be done with file assistant and the flash dumper (copying and reading)

edit:
beaten by hacker3.0 (less than a minute tho)

Oh I always thought that you can't even look at it. So would you be able to copy files from flash0.

None of it really matters though, it's not we anyone can do anything with them atm.

No it was made by changing system registry data in flash1
Then changing the fonts directory to a remote location on the memory stick.

i meant thru a firmware dump and analyzing it
