okay I got this hombrew and when I extract the data.psp in the eboot it comes out as a adobe elements file and and I can't rename the extension :icon_sad:

Have you edited your settings in windows so you can see known file extensions??

in a windows ..window go to tools -- folder options -- view -- uncheck "hide extensions for known filetypes" and then change the file extention

How to convert homebrew into ISO format:

to show file extension go to tools->folder options, view tab, uncheck hide known extensions

where is tools?
edit, oh wait nvm, it was in control panel
