Then you shouldn't be here. The forum says Eloader and Homebrew 2.01+ Homebrew discussion. Last time I checked, Eloader was the only way for 2.01+ Homebrew.

Yeah I have all the old dooms and some cool .wad files, the Doom games are great classic games!

Doom is the one thing that stopped me from upgrading to 2.7 so, unless Fanjita or someone finds an exploit for 2.7, I'm not gonna upgrade. I refuse. Doom is too great a game to give up.

Yeah, I'm with ya I am staying at 2.60, and I refuse to give up great games for outdated flash and other stuff...

Hell yeah. As for PSP games that will require it, the only game I REALLY REALLY want is Syphon Filter and it only needs a 2.6 so that takes care of that. Ever since I got this 2.6 PSP, I thought there was no way to get homebrew. I finally found a way, and I'm not going to give it up that easily. Nice try, Sony.

I like the flash editeting on 1.5, the games are also kick ass quake is beter then doom though

I use doom on the psp and btw quake sucks arse it is only good for online games. So yeah Quake is good but doom is better, a lot better.

I agree. Sometimes, Quake gets bland and boring. Doom is always exciting.

Never got doom to run on my psp for some reason so no, cant sign.

i suppose that the only "workaround" for playing the latest PSP games is getting another psp and using that particular one to get updated FW versions, and just have a backup PSP for homebrew.

then again, not everyone has an extra $200 lying around.....

oops forgot to mention it............yeah i have eloader and doom, and yes it's pretty darn cool. although i feel bad for not owning the original game CD.................

I took the .wad file directly from the original disk, so I had the entire doom 2 on my psp. It was AWESOME. went by fast tho.
