note: Yes this is a fake video i did it out of humor please don't reply in this thread if your just going to cry about the PSP Scene falling apart or if you are going to scream fake. This video is suppose to be Humorous not real. I wouldn't have post it on PSP Updates if i didn't already know it was a fake. Here are the expected features of Flashmod v4...

.:General Changes:.
-Safer Installer which prevents corruption during Download
-Safer Writing with files within Binary
-New SDL Graphical Interface

.:UMD Changes:.
-UMD 2.00+ Support powered by MPH GameLoader
-Loading of UMD without overclocking
-Install Custom Fonts to Flash0 and Restoration of Default fonts to Flash0
-Install Custom Fonts to Memory Stick and Restoration of Default fonts to Memory Stick

.:XMB Changes:.
-Change Version to 1.00,1.50,1.51,1.52,2.00, 2.01,2.50 or 2.60
-Disable Network Update Selection
-Hide "Sony Computer Entertainment" at startup

.:PSIX Changes:.
-Change PSIX Version to 1.00 PSP,1.50 PSP,1.51 PSP,1.52 PSP,2.00 PSP,2.01 PSP,2.50 PSP or 2.60 PSP

I would've watched the video abit more,

well i think everyone who is anyone on this board knows that i don't have a PSP (Which i'm going to ship back the motherboard today

) So if you clicked on this video you either...

A. Thought i got a new PSP... (you were in for a surprise)

B. Didn't know that i bricked my PSP (I don't know how it was on the frontpage)

YOU CAN'T DEVELOP A PROGRAM INWHICH WRITES TO THE FLASH WITHOUT HAVING A PSP TO TEST ON!!! I showed this to alot of my friends and teachers and they thought it was really funny so i thought i would post it out of Humor. Now c5cha7 either get a sense of humor or just don't post in this thread.

did. What are you planning on adding extra to
Flashmod v4? i can't really think of much that you

that psix feature will make the program quite big if you the same method you did before.

no i will not use the same method as before. The method which bricked my PSP worked correctly on the memory stick and not on the flash so i will use this to my advantage and have only one PSIX binary and just modify the bytes to match the version number inwhich you want.

Not quite just use Flashmod v3

1. Extract PSP Menu Edit and topmenu_plugin.rco out of PSP Menu Edit by Loco.rar

2. Now select you Language and click on the button [...] under [Edit topmenu_plugin.rco]

3. Now select [topmenu_plugin.rco] which should be located in the same folder as the app.

4. Edit "Memory Stick" to whatever you want it to be. Once you are done just click [Patch File] and copy the [topmenu_plugin.rco] out of the folder to the root of your Memory Stick.

5. Now go into FlashMod and select [Install Custom XMB Menu Names] and your done.
