Quick question here... If my router currently has DHCP enabled and hands out IP addresses as each device boots up, and if I need to use a static IP address for things like PSPWeather, what exactly do I need to do to make that change?
Obviously, I need to set up an IP address on the PSP (say 192.168.0.2). But then do I configure my router to recognize that somehow? Or will the router see it anyway as long as I am giving it a unique IP?
Along those lines, where I have two computers and a printer already utilizing DHCP, would those have to be switched to static as well?
I have no problem connecting my PSP to the net via the DHCP setting.
Thanks in advance,
