You know, who ever is making these are getting really annoying, especially since there is NO DOWNGRADER(or atleast yet), anyways heres the link if you want it.

Who really cares if someone has done this again? Theres a new one everyday on ebay so what's the point of paying attention to it?

It doesn't look like a downgrader, just looks like he's selling a guide to using eloaders, etc.
No information that you couldn't get here for free though.
