Tetris for PSP Ver. 1 Custom Background and Sounds Guide.
For 1.5 users
Create a Folder in the Folder without the % sign called Theme.
For example: Game/Tetris/Theme
Now in the Theme folder create another folder named with what you want the theme to be named.
For Example: Game/Tetris/Theme/Chicks
Now in the Chicks folder throw in a .bmp(480 x 272 and no bigger than 24 bit) Named the exact same thing a the Theme plus an _0 or _1, etc. These numbers correspond for the lvl change in the Tetris game.
For example: Game/Tetris/Theme/Chicks/Chicks_0.bmp
Now I am working on the sound.
Hope this helps.
For 1.5 users
Create a Folder in the Folder without the % sign that is named Sound
For example: Game/Tetris/Sound
In the Sound Folder throw in your .wav files and name them according to the corresponding move.
For Example: Game/Tetris/Sound/Move.wav
Sound File Example : Sound File
Better Sound FIle: Sound File
The specs that the .wav file has to be, I am not sure yet. I do know the wav files have to be 16 bit. The readme hints at this but until we get a translation we won't know for sure. I used the wav files that I had most handy, the patterns from PSPKick :o . These worked great. The specs on these are 16 bit and less than 460kb. I really don't think the size matters though.
I am sure somebody will be able to elaborate more on this once the readme is translated.
