OK i have a question concerning gba roms are the legal to put on websites for download or will the company not let them because i have found no gba roms to put on my psp and i know roms is a touchy subject here but i really need a response

Commercial roms are not legal to be distributed. Only Public Domain (PD) roms.

yes but can you get pd roms of the gba games such as you can with snes games like chrono trigger and n64 games such as super mario ???

to know if there are roms of gba games that you can download like the other system roms because i have been searching and have not been able to find any aand was wondering if you cant put them on the internet do to legal issues

GBA is a system that is still very much alive and posting commercial roms for download can result in very serious legal issues.

As for if they are findable... yes.

As stated previously, the only ROMs that you can freely distribute (depending on what country you live in and where you're hosting from) are Public Domain Roms. All others are still owned by the original companies that release them, who also still have the rights to distributing them.
