ok here i am again i am titling them respond asap because im am going ot be leaving and wont have pc acess so i need answers in a hurry what are emus for gba?

Not a good idea to be making a duplicate thread after your first one had been closed by a mod.

And to simply answer your question, most people who use the emulators are using commercial roms found illegally on certain websites.

Also, the currently available GBA emulators are not fit for use as games loaded on them are very very slow.

well its not the same one and yeah it did get closed but i dont kow why i wasnt asking for roms i only wanted to know if they were legally allowed to put gba roms on the internet and i guess there was confusionabout what i was asking

Be forwarned that they are all painfully slow when playing and don't run all files you might find.
