I was wondering this earyler and google was no help, but how come 2.60 and geater has not been able to become emulated? Is it security or nobody has cracked it or what? I had hoped that the next version on this will support 2.60 =]

Do any games slow down at 222MHz?
It's just that I haven't seen the need to clock at 333MHz..

On 222, I find that Tokobot works pretty much perfect but sometimes you'll hear the sound just a tiny bit before the text is to appear (when someone is going to speak to u).

Anyway, can someone answer my previous question plz? Thanks.

in megaman maverick hunter x, when there is heavy explosions on the screen or something, it would lag, but with 333 it doesnt

Thank u kind sir..

Also, now that there is the option to use 333 efficiently, how do you stop the autorun function when Devhook is booted up so I can change the previous 222 setting?

Too bad, exiting games by pressing the HOME button cause the PSP to crash.

Any games that are essentially emulators + old games are def. likely to see an increase in performance. I can def. tell MK1/2/3 run at a higher framerate (not too fast -- closer to their original framerates) when running at 333 MHz.

the fix is a decrypted wlan.prx which i believe infringes on sony's copyright scheme. I didnt think posting of modifed prx'es would be allowed on a board that even frowns at the mention of an iso.

PSPUpdates posted a whole decrypted 2.5 firmware on the front page (packaged with devhook) so I doubt they'd be worried about just one little file on the forums.

"the fix is a decrypted wlan.prx "

I don't think that is a correct statement. I believe the update on the front page does not even include this file. The update includes a new devhook eboot and some new devhook specific PRX files. The wlan.prx file should have alreay been been extracted from your previous firmware dump when you last installed devhook. Is there truly a "new" wlan.prx file that is needed, or should the existing file work?
