Just a tip, get someone else to install it for you like a profesional. Then if anything happens to your psp you can sue them, SUE THEM TO HELL!

well there is an online mod chip store who's sponsoring psphacking101.com so just find the website through psphacking101's site and you can see pictures of the mod chip if i'm no mistaken. i was looking at the online instructions to install it.........and yeah you'll definitely need a professional to solder the stuff because it looks extremely complicated LOL

Haha... just you wait. Once you get it done and do another 2 or 3, it will become quite easy for you.

That's how it was at first with PS2 and XBox for me.

You really cannot sue someone since you are willing to void your warranty by having someone install a device that is meant to bypass or override the security mechanism thus breaking the law by violating the DMCA.

that is quite a good point. the only upside i can see with having a mod chip in a 1.x psp is the reasurance that if your psp is bricked then you have a backup

btw anyone know if it can reflash a bricked psp?
