Actually, you would be banned for posting a link to the file (direct link). But posting a website that LEADS to the link ensures that the website you are posting is harmless, and it is up to the user to download the exe from THAT WEBSITE.

Does anybody else have that UMD problem that other guy has? I'm just downloading the 2.60 update, I don't want to downgrade If I can't rad UMD's so, maybe I shall try upgrading to 2.00 afterwords and downgrade back to 1.50

the file I am uploading is a self-extractoe, that will place all the files in the right place for your psp, so all you have to do it load gta and run it...

the area the psp came from doesnt matter...

a downgrade will downgrade a black, white, asian, philino ir even, german psp...
