Ok I believe I successfully downgraded my sons PSP to 1.5. Now here is a question. I originally had a 1.5 psp from launch date. Now I can play my backed up copy of Monster hunters on my 1.5 original PSP. but when I put my memory stick in my sons PSP It does not work I can not get it to load at all? Now that being said I can load other iso's with no problem. including Dax and Ape academy.


has anyone seen this problem?

Hmm well honeslty he could be lying. If you turn the PPS on and hold down the brightness button for a few seconds the screen shuts off exactly like in that picture..... I'm not accusign him, but I'm just saying he could of eaisly faked it. But im sorry if he isn't.

EDIT: Well, why would he have bothered to take pics of all the diffent thign downgrading it? Why would he have not of just taking a pic after he briked it?

There is absolutly no reason for him to fake a brick. I would take his word anyway, better safe than bricked.

No, I'm not faking it. I had high hopes because somebody had told me it worked for them on IRC (don't trust those guys) so I figured I'd try it out myself. I went out and rented GTA today as well, costing me another 8 bucks. I can show a receipt of that if you're really desperate.

I never accused you of faking it. I'm just saying you could have. I do want to know why you took pics of the process. And not a lot of deatailed pics like if you were making a guide but a few small pics just to "prove your point." I'm taking you word for it anyways because I dont want a bricked PSP, and if you didn't fake it, then I'm sorry you bricked it.

And not a lot of deatailed pics like if you were making a guide but a few small pics just to "prove your point."
