We don't even know if the downdater works or not with TA-082 as it's not been tested, if it does not work, we will work out on a compatible version as soon as we get out UP chips, I can't promise anything tough

I do not think that is possible cause the TA 82 hardware wont be a host for a 1.5 Firmware...

I dont see how you're going to get UP chips working with TA-82s? Currently TA-82s are not supportted (both the downdater/grader and UP chips)...

Supposedly it's because of the 1.5 IPL... is there any way to downgrade to 2.0? And is there any benefit in doing so from 2.5/2.6?

every version has been tried, even 082 and 082's brick rest doesn't ;)

If it was originally a 1.50, you should be all set to go back.:)

i updated to 2.6 as stated before and followed the directions on this website:

OK i turned off my psp and turned it back on and THANK GOD it still worked....

Maybe i should've waited longer???

God that was a tense 10 minutes

Got the UMD read error so just pulled the battery out but other than that everything went spot on using Deturbanator's files.
