Post canadians need some help too

this is asking alot but, I want and so does every other psp/rogers digital cable box owner to be able to use the cable box from my psp because I use the box to control sound and to change the channels. So if somebody whos willing to compile a complete code for this box that would be awesome. I know im going to get some snappy remark to this but if somebody were to take care of this he would get maaaad props from us great Canadians, I mean c'mon, were nice to everybody.

Pretty please with a cherry on top.

I'm Canadian and have Rogers Digital Cable too! High five!

...But, rogers really sucks, and please, don't support them, the only reason we have rogers is because there's no other digital cable service in our area and we dont like satellite.

ROGERS SUCKS!

hmmm i dunno bought Canadians being nice (south park movie). but i do no one thing people are working on making a universal program so if you wait long enough then you could try to get that working with a rogers cable box. Oh yeah i was wondering is Canada a nice place to visit?

Well Quebec wants to separate from us anyway, so don't associate them with the rest of our country. Ontario girls, for instance, are HOT.

Happy to read posts from Canadian users btw!

i was born in toronto and i hate associating myself with it. If you want somewhere relaxing to go here in canada you go to the vallies very good cottage country. You go to BC if you like sci-fi since its pretty much all filmed there or if you want to see where they filmed macgyver.

btw leafs suck

I agree, ontarios pretty high on the eye candy scale. After college thats where im going. This whole racist divided country bent on ruling the world is starting to get to me...(not starting a partriotic war here, just saying, that i lived in Michigan, then Ontario, and now Michigan again, and i can honestly say, i liked Canada better)

And magneto, I must politely disagree with your opinion {not that you were asking =) } I have been to Canada several times in several places to play hockey and i have spent a good deal of time there. Though it is a nice country and the people seem genuine and friendly (minus the French-canadians I met, but no shocker there, most of them were on a team that we played and lets just say we didn't create any new american canadian relationships. the problem was i think they had more french than canadian in them) there is nowhere i would rather live. Your problem may be that you only lived in Michigan. Go to Texas. =)

Believe me, it's not because you met a few stupid french canadians that we are all morons.

A lot of Quebecers who live outside the greater Montreal area are clueless, english-hating morons who don't even remember why they hate the rest of Canada.

Oh, and btw.. Ontario has the worst reputation out of all Canada, to Canadians. Everybody hates Ontarians

I guess that's because we have the economy, the capital city, and we've found something better to do than farm. I'd be jealous too

Default any body remember what this thread was about?

its way off topic and I really wanted to know if somebody is capable of doing this. I was asked to retreive some info about the digital box like its hex signals and such but I cant seem to find what he needs. If controlling a rogers digital cable box is possible Im sure many canadians would be very appreciative. And just fof anybodies information I picked up the last 1.5 two days ago, traded mine in before they ran out. I was lucky enough to get the last one from EB  . Mine only had 1 dead pixel and little bitty dent on the side near the wlan switch, no biggy but I just wanted a new psp that was 1.5 before they were all gone.

about the rogers box, its not possiblem plus that universal remote everyone is talking about, anything sony related will work with the IR, but a rogers box or a RCA tv wont work because they use a different kind of IR frequency. The Sony frequencies are onlu unique to Sony Products, sorry, but i hope that clears up a couple of queries....

Im pround to be a Canadien', habite-tres bons dans le Canada!

ive been in every province in canada except sas. and man.

most hockey players especial french ones have big egos, which may be a problem to some especialy americans because of our intense rivalry over hockey
(yes i played hockey as a kid, dont we all)

quebec girls do everything (its le french in them, i know i married a 1/2 french girl)

bc has the best green (no hydro needed)

ontario has the best beer (i enjoy alot of it)

btw im no kid or teenager so i have plenty of experience to draw these conclusions from

and to stay on topic i use rogers not by choice and they my psp playing friends suck....

good luck
