Go to the Download Section of the site (Files). From there you can search for emulators to SNES, NES etc. I personally only use SNES, NES, and Genesis emulators. The ones I use are Y's SNES9X for PSP, NesterJ, and DGen. Also, make sure you have the newest version of these emu's, usually the ones with the highest build numbers. (e.g. SNES9X V02.26 over V02.25)

it is currently not possible. This weekend an alpha ver should be released for ScummVM, which will play Lucas Arts' adventure games, Discworld, Simon, Broken Sword and etc.
Nuthin else i know of tho. (In case your'e talking about PC games, otherwise there are PLENTY of emulators)
