Default PVNC WiFi Problem

PNVC was working fine for me earlier, but now I'm getting a "WiFi Idle" message when I try to connect to the router. Here is what it says:

WiFi Connection Timed Out
Please check the WiFi switch and try again.

My switch is turned ON.

If I go down to Network Settings to Test Connection, it will say:

A connection error has occurred. (80410D09)

My PVNC was working fine just half an hour ago and now I'm thinking the WiFi is fried. Any thoughts?

Your PSP must not be set on a DHCP IP Address. Static IP is the only way to go.
