Could you be more specific? Are you talking about homebrew games?

Have you read the Ultimate Guide yet?

If you want to trasfer a game iso (I think this is what you are trying to do) then you wont get support for doing this on these forums as the loaders etc are ileagle.

If it is a game ROM for a emulator all you have to do is turn on your psp, go to the settings tab (far left on the main menu) select usb connection, now using a USB cable plug your psp into a usb port on your pc, this will show up as a new drive on your pc, for many people here it is F, for me it is I you will have to work this out your self. Now copy the emulator folder to /PSP/GAMES/*. If you are using PSP version 1.5 firmware (most people here are) and you have a pre-compiled for 1.5 emulator most homebrew aps have these now (if not got to http://pspbrew.com/ to make your self a package of all the emulators you want or check out http://www.pspupdates.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1505 for premade packs by PSP Updates members (most of these packs have customized icons and backgrounds (usually all in a similar theme) and are modified to hide the "corruped data" icon caused by using the KXSploit.) Once you have done this, grab your ROMS for the emulator required to run the game, now copy it or extract it to /PSP/GAMES/*EMULATORNAME*/ROMS/ (now you should see two folders with the emulator name, one will have a % sign after it and one not, use the folder with out the % sign) Most emulators will already have a ROMS folder but some wont, if they do not just make one.

Hope this helps!
