hmm i downloaded it and it looks real.. but i dont wana try it.. no one know hehe could be a *** that made it and its prob like a flash deleter O_O or just devhook.42 renamed...

i managed to download it looks legit. On the compatibilty page its been modified correctly,ive downloaded devhook from that jap site before other sites get them (42b)

It is actually legit, I know of a few people who have got 2.6 working although its not a straightforward process

good morning all quick question will this actually emulate the RSS of 2.6 or just the ability to play UMD that require 2.6??

so will all v2.6 games like my Daxter UMD will work now using this? And does anyone know if there are any v2.7 games out at the moment. If not when will we see them?

Games that require 2.60 SHOULD work, but I'm not 100% sure.

Socom Eur loaded under 2.5/2.0 using 2.xx -> 2.00 already

But other games like Outrun now work too.

I can't even get it to load 2.60. Actually it doesn't load anything, not even 2.50. It just freezes as soon as I select "start" every single time.

Really? Mine works. I know a website where you can grab the 2.6 dump but I can't say it here.

I got the dump from someone off Rapidshare. Guess I'll try another. It shouldn't matter though, because it won't even load my old 2.50 dump that I had running on the last release. I've tried both the .43 and the fix, both with the same result.

Just so I don't have to make a new thread over this small question, where do I put the 'tool' folder, it isn't in the MS ROOT folder so I was just confused (I've been using .41 for awhile). Any help is appreciated!
