Thanks for this thread everyone involved!!! Just used PSP Theme today for first time and love the program, can't believe I went this long before giving this a try, I sure have missed out all these months! Just wanted to say thanks for the work you guys put into this thread and loving all the submitted themes. Oh and the options for flashing devhook flash0/1 folders is GREAT.

Download this file and place the screenshotbmp.prx into your system folder (on your psp)

Then open the config.txt, change one of the "blahblah" lines to this loadmodule2 = "ms0:/PSP/SYSTEM/screenshotbmp.prx". Make sure you delete the # in front of the loadmodule (You can use any loadmodule line that has the blahblah text, it dosen't have to be loadmodule2, thats just the line I use)

Do a hard reboot and then you can use the note key to take a screenshot:)

dam after so long i finally got the screenshot to work.. i ahd to search and search but heres my theme =)
Its Final Fantasy Advent Children (Cloud version)


- Custom Bootupsound( Final Fantasy 7 prelude)
- Custom Gameboot(cloud and sephiroth charge at each other with swords n clash)
- Custom Font ( Final Fantasy fontish a bit skinnier)
- Custom Background only 1 (cloud in red made by someone from pspwallpapers)

i only take credit in putting it together =)
i take no credit in creating any of this custom stuff( im not at home and dont have photoshop lol)
background credit goes to pspwallpapers
gamebootup goes to psp-hacks(somewhere in the forums)
bootup sound goes to psp-hacks(somewhere in the forums)
font i had to dig for but i got it from dafont.com
i also thank the ppl on this thread who helped me fix some probs lol

Let me just get something straight,

YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO POST CUSTOM GAMEBOOTS OR THEMES CONTAINING CUSTOM GAMEBOOTS ON THIS SITE

Any theme with a custom gameboot will not be posted on the first page, so I suggest you remove them. Also, if a mod sees it, it will result in your link being removed.

Were you talking to me? Because I personaly dont care about gameboots being posted, I have a custom on my PSP. I'm just looking out for others, somtime ago one of the Mods said they would ban anyone who posted custom gameboots. And the Final Fantasy gameboot someone was talking about, that was made before the whole Sony leaked programs. Why that matters, I dont know, for some reason things like that can be posted, and no one cares, i'm just saying. I was just trying to look out for others.

i just went back to the old link that had the blood splatter gameboot. if you want the diablo 2 one pm me. The game boot is of a flame that fills the screen then the burning words Diablo II come out of it.

I was thinking of doing a Breath of Fire 3 theme next but i dont really feel like doing that... is there any requests?

Have you tried reflashing the gameboot?

I fixed it so i removed the quetion from the post, thanks anyways. I just reflashed the original gameboot and then put the new one on and it worked fine.

But i do have a question for anyone that uses windows movie maker. Whenever i edit a video in it and save the video it does not retain any of the sound but it will keep any sound that i put in as background music. How can i make it retain the sound from the video?

Urza - could you plz post a few pointers on what you think a "great" theme is.
Do you consider a custom bootsound to be important? Is it the creativity of the game menu names? Do you consider bg's that are "homemade" to be better than one's that were "shopped" for? Not being sarcastic, or complaining; but you do run this thread, and seeing you will be rating the themes it would be nice to know what you actually think a "Great" theme is. Thanks.:)
