Feel free to discuss and post your own themes here! A tip is to provide a screenshot of what it's looking like so other users can see what they will get before they choose to flash the Theme.

USE ONLY ON 1.5 FIRMWARE

Here are the files:
ThemePSP v1.2 - Flashes the theme packs to your PSP.
ThemePSP Creator Pack - Use this to create your own custom themes.
Harleyg's Custom Firmware Patch v0.2 - Allows you to unbrick your PSP if anything goes wrong. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Also allows you to take screenshots of your theme in action using the 'Note' key.
PSPShot v0.3 - Use this to take screenshots of your XMB if you do not wish to install the above mod.

Yesh. This is the new thread for ThemePSP, but still basically the same thing.

Concerning your question, go to the date and hit 'X' twice. That should remove the white background.

I tried this myself but it didnt work in MPHFL so im to scared to flash it to my psp, i somebody could make this theme i would really appreciate it

Umm..in the Resident Evil 2 theme...the font added has no numbers, so, you cant see the date, hour or Free space KB, check the preview

Hi. Has anyone used ThemePSP version 1.1 on a 1.0 PSP? It says in the ReadMe to be only used with a 1.5 PSP, so I am afraid of flashing the living **** out of my PSP.

DO NOT TRY. YOUR PSP WILL BRICK.

ThemePSP, X-Flash, Flashmod, and PSPSet ahve all been coded specifically for firmware 1.5. They will NOT work on 1.00.

Well, I flashed only one background, and when I switch to that background, its all white. Is that because the filesize is to big? The image specs is 300 x 170, and is 149 KB. If it is a size limit, how do I decrease the size?

you know what i dont get? qj doesnt allow posting of gameboots and other copyrighted files from games, and yet they allow people to distribute these themes, which contain copyrighted gameboots. wtf is up with that?

This site = hypocritical.

No talk of ISO's is allowed, but there is a special section dedicated to ROM Discussion. I think ISO's aren't okay to use, but ROMS are just as illegal, it's just that it's a commonly more accepted practice.

They won't host flash folders, but tons of their downloads include things like ripped backgrounds (Flashmod, and many others) menu edits in the MenuEdit/ThemePSP creator pack.

is there a detailed tutorial to making your own theme that isnt a horrible translation? I have some awesome ideas for some themes, but cant find a good guide.

EDIT: BTW I really like the background and text for DarkPSP. But I kinda dont like the boot sound, is there a way I can change it back to normal? or can someone update it for me?
