Will we ever get to see the V3 Loader??

Firstly, I would like to say that WAB and PSP-Dev have done more than anyone could ask for and I really appreiciate all their work and effort. However, after reading that the WAB loader is being put on hold, I am wondering will we ever get to see the V3 loader?
First WAB release the V2.5 loader's which were not that great as they didnt load any games that couldnt be loaded already and now this.
Also, the post on their website seems more like a farewell message to me:

I seriously hope this isn't what I think it is as I would sorely miss all their great work.

According to them they're back on track after 2 hours and 18 minutes... go WAB!
