hey, anyway to stop auto UMD loading but keep the SCE start up. I really like it when i hear the "Playstation Portable-PSP" is said. :( thats my only complaint. other then that cool stuff.
I'm having a little trouble with using L on start up aswell, it kepps loading devhook instead of going to 1.50 - exactly when should L be pressed? I press it as soon as my green light comes on..
Lordsturm has created a eboot that loads your last configuration of devhook (the devhook.ini) DIRECTLY without going to the menu... so yes it DOES dualboot i suppose... Haven't tried it yet... want to know if the Recovery mode is working fully (not just boot into it, but is working properly)..

It isn't an actual dual boot because the devhook files are not on the flash, they are simply on your MS

Thank god- recovery mode loaded and I changed the config file to not boot devhook...

I suppose - hip hip horray for the first non-hardware-modified PSP dual boot!
i have succesfully got the Dual boot firmware working i can now just turn my psp on and it will boot into V2.71 and if it have my USB cable plugged in and press HOME + L or R it will load up different iso's from my Laptop.
So, My post earlier has now became true.
we can now load ISO's on 2.71 through USB.

run that then run the new version and your all set.
if you hold L you say it will boot into 1.5... is it the 1.5 WITH the custom mod so you can use 1.00 eboots? or is it the normal 1.5 WITHOUT custom mod?

It has the USB enabled all the time while your in the XMB it clocks the PSP to 333mhz and allows you to take screenshots by pressing the music note button on yoor psp. But its disabled by default so to enable it you have to take out the # from the config file.

great, sonvabiznitch, now im stuck on devhook 2.71. even if i edit the thingy and put a # next to auto boot devboot, im still fu**ed. ima try sumthing hold on.
Lol all the plugins you load when you hold L to boot 1.5 dont work because of *safe-mode* turning them off :p
ok forget it, fixed the problem
i can also confirm that it works perfictly thanx pspbling, btw, i found a little bug, screencap doesnt work wen u load 1.5, but it works in 2.71, another this i found is u cant play games with the usbhostf u have to go through devhook and play it from there ;)
