Dgen is great. Customizable menu. Save/Load Screenshots...Basically everything you would expect out of any regular emulator.

imo, PSPGenesis is still the best Sega Genesis emulator. DGen is good and has alot of stuff but games/sound just isnt as good as PSPGenesis. Sometimes there is slight slowdown in sound and graphics on DGen in games.

I like PSPGenesis best myself although I like the screen shots DGen has. I use Dgen for the couple of ROMs PSPGenesis doesn't run. I'm using PSPGenesis 0.17, because 0.18c didn't want to work for me.

Who are you guys kidding? They both run like crap. There's absolutely no difference in smoothness. The only reason to have both is because what one can't run, the other can. I used to be patient about waiting for a faster release, but a new Genesis emulator has just come out for the Dreamcast, and it actually runs with zero frame-skip and full-speed. The PSP is much more powerful, so why the hell is it slower? Someone needs to port Genesis Plus, because these current emulators aren't cutting it. Sorry for being honest.

yeah but the latest Dgen does run everything at full speed with frame skip at 1

just another speed update & it can be perfect.

FTW on PSPGenesis being better, that emu is like 2 years older then the latest Dgen, much slower too.
