There is no way to do that as of right now (other than by password "tricks")

I think the code to do that is done durring that sequence, and without actually editing the systemfiles, it woudnt be possible, which I would assume would be why alex's POC allows you to skip it alltogether

well for me i have 1.5 and my GTA:LS always in the drive so when i start up it says i have to upgrade, hit O (nothin else to press) and im fine.

just make it 0001 or 1000 lol

with the custom bios cant you set it to not auto-load the game?

Yes (at least with DA's POC, I haven't used any of the others).

i guess what he wants to do is make it so that your boot up is just like a normal unmodded 1.5 without a disc in the drive,although with a disc in the drive.

i just open the umd door and start up, then close it.

What I do is set the Parental Control to 1 so as soon as it boots up I can just hit circle to get back.

believe me dood you wont miss the start up boot, but it is nice to have while not loading the game directly. i got harlygs custom firmware, and i dont have the SCE intro but when i load devhook i do.
