ok listen i really would not know what to do to fix this so im telling anyone who might be able to. recently on psp raadio, the genre talk disappeared along with its station, stations that were basically the only reason i downloaded the app, and i think i finally know why. i just went on the shoutcast website and found out that they had made SHOUTcast DSP 1.9.7 available it said something about fixing a security flaw or something, the link is here
but the important part of this is it happened on june 23 around if not the exact day that noticed the problem. the site recommened that u update ur client; pspradio has not been updated in some time. if there is anyone out there who may know what they are doing as in updating pspradio, please either notify me, pspupdates.com, or make the changes yourself. this would be a great help to the people of the homebrew community that listened to talk radio on their psp.

I think you just need to go into the PSPRadio config and change how many streams are downloaded, he decreased the number by default to speed it up I think.

couldn't you just add it by creating the entries in the db.xml file located in the pspradio folder?
I've briefly looked at it and it basically jsut asks for the address. I'll tinker with it later. I also wouldn't mind some talk radio. |
