Hi,
I have a sample here I'd like to send via email to someone
who is capable of converting a wav file to AT3 that is suitable
to use as an icon/background sound for my PSP homebrew.

I have two wav files I want done ASAP, and both are only 316Kb.

First in gets the job

I got it, and it worked.
any idea how to make it play in a loop when it's in the background eboot?

I don't know if you can use the points as a non premium member, but here they come...

Thanks for the points. I think it plays in a loop already doesn't it? If not I can edit the sound to make it play 10 or 11 times in a row.

Nup, it just plays once until you move off that icon and back onto it.
it would be good to get it to loop as many times as possible

Question: how are you able to put up so many points like that?

I think only at3plus can play in a loop on the psp.

I have some of dr. eggmans custom pmf icons and the background music doesn't open with the at3 codec and plays forever.

20,000 points to get a sample to play in a loop.
Or I will have to make a bigger file by adding the sample into the wav multiple times.

BTW- He can give away so many points because once you have a lot, the interest is incredible.

Once I heard it play once on the PSP, I wanted the looping one even more.

Hey Art, I would like enough points to change my username. If this helps, heres what you need to do. Open up the AT3 file and change the header with a hex editor. You'll need to calculate the values for it to loop as seen on this site.

EDIT:You'll need to look at smpl

ok i made an at3 that loops for jsut over a minute and is 400kb and same quality as original wave.it is ranamed to snd0.at3,and is readable in that format,and also as _______.wav.enjoy!ill try to get it to infinite loop asap.message if you want me to email it.
