yes there is..... look for forums with the .mps to .pmf converter........ and a colboot.vag is audio not video.....

so how do i create a .mps video to convert to a .pmf now? I looked at some of the umd tools but they look difficult to use. Could you give me a link for a guide/tutorial or something?

coldboot.vag is the opening sound when you turn your psp on.also to make a pmf you need the sony leaked tools,then compress the video you have(no longer than 2.5 secs btw) into a 480 X 272 res,29.97 fps,uncompressed avi and sound in an uncompressed wav then use the leaked tools to convert to mps and then use mps converter.sryI cant help with the exact umd tools though,you have to figure it out urself though

Please don't copy and paste guides from other forums that allow custom PMF's and the UMD Tools to be troubleshooted, like the ones in the posts I just deleted.

If step one of any guide you post here is to pirate a program, it's best not to post it.
