Where do I get the following?

"Then you should download any X-Flash, V10 and above.
You can get the latest version from this link:
http://dl.qj.net/X-Flash-Kerrang-Bui...9113/catid/151
Extract the files and copy __SCE__XFLASH and %__SCE__XFLASH to your stick."

The link doesn't work.

Also what does this mean?

Go through all of the check and insert your charger, then go to option 11 "Perform complete firmware dump" press X and wait for it to complete.
The connect your PSP back to your computer and go to PSP>Game>__SCE__XFLASH/Dump Delete the Flash0 folder, but copy the flash1 folder to
dh>271.

Now go back to the game folder and go down to DevHook Firmware installer.
Load it, press O to start, then O when it asks you to, and then O to end and quit the program.

What is option 11? Do I do that on my PSP and if so where do I find it?

In DevHook. THere are 15 options off things to do to your PSP, it means go to the 11th option and select it.

Just google X-Flash v10, but the latest is 14.

if your installing devhook goto psp-hacks for an autoinstaller

Ok I downloaded everything but it won't go up to 2.71. It stays at 1.5. I goto Devhook launcher and do what the guide says to do on the menu. I press start and the PSP turns off. I turn it back on but it is still at 1.5

What am I missing?
