Does anyone know of one?

Edison Carter did a fine job with the optimized versions of his gif recorder on GTA CheatDevice, but I havn't seen anything like this in plugin form for devhook, so we can have a tool like this in all games.

It doesn't help that his project isn't open source

I'm normally pretty good at finding things and I havn't seen anything capable of this. The screenshot plugin that takes continuous screen shots in one mode isn't nearly quick enough to be used as a solution anyway.

no im pretty sure there arent any video recording plug ins for devhook. i could be wrong though.
