Default Something weird with gpSP?

I tried to delete gpSP because on my XMB it showed a corrupt icon I didn't know what it was. I deleted a couple of things until I decided to delete gpSP to see if that was it and the first folder (the one without the %), I can't delete it. It telles me its corrupted or something. It'll probably go away if I format my memory stick but I'm not doing that now since I have a bunch of stuff on it, but has this happened to anyone else?

I did reinstall gpSP but this time named "Gameboy Advance" (since gpSP was taken by that corrupted folder) and the same thing happened: The first folder of "Gameboy Advance" (again, the folder without a %) is corrupted two so now I have _two_ corrupted icons on my XMB. The emu still works, no problem, but trying to delete it gives me that same error. Is that just me or can someone delete their gpSP to see if it happens to them too. Thanks.

How long as flash memory been around? It seems quite fragile and under-developed. I hope they get bigger and more efficient, and cheaper of course, as the technology progresses.
