what emulators need updating & what emus would you like to see in the future?
Here's the emus i think needs to be updated soon.
The one i currently use plays around 30 to 40 early '80's games like dig dug 2, etc.. it does't play all of the games that are on the list, i took a whole day almost and tried ALL of them & i got like what i said about 40 out of over 100 games to work.
A: They need to get more games form the list to work.
B: i would love to eventually be able to play arcade games like AVP, SF, MK, even Soul Blade & Tekken (their already on the list in the mame emu)
C: I know this is far fetched, butone day i dream of playing EVERY mame game i have! (970 to be exact) i know it will probably never happen, but i can dream can't I?
D: I HATE having the X button, as the return to menu button, maybe you can change that now having really looked in to that.
I thought the first release was pretty good, not as slow as alot of people has said, but it was pretty slow but better in 333 mhz mode.
A: i would love to see a new gui with the vba emu, no more having to use a seperate program to choose games. i would like to see some options too (LOL)
This is a near perfect genesis emu (especially in 333 mhz)
A: STATE SAVING please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this is about the only emu without saving options. UPDATE: i didn't see the new ver until after i posted this, so their is a save now, cool!
B: Six button controller option, so we can play those fighting games the way they were meant to be played.
C: Maybe 32X support?
These are the emus i would like to see:
Atari 2600. 5300, etc....
saturn ( i highly doubt it)
UPDATE: I forgot to mention i want to see a Neo Geo Arcade Emu (i love the NGcd emu, but thet games take up a LOT of memory compared to the catridge ver.)
UPDAT #2: I would also LOVE a N64 Emu.!
