Default PSP 2 PSP Instant Messenger

IS a PSP 2 PSP instant messenger possible without a network? i think that because of the ad hoc capability, and the ability for a psp to notice a neighboring psp would an instant messenger be possible? I know program already exist like "afkim" and others for instant messenging, but they do not support networkless communication....Input

Ad-hoc only has a limited range. You could probablly just shout to eachother and save yourself a lot of typing.

Same point why they made the pointless PictoChat on the Nintendo DS.

At least the DS has a touch screen you can draw, its pointless if you only chat in the PSP.

If they use the infrastructure mode, you could always log onto MSN seeing as you're near a wireless access point :P

Maybe instead of playing games or chatting in class, you should f***ing pay attention and educate yourself. OMG NEW CONCEPT

You could both load Socom or untold legends 2, there are chat in those games' Adhoc multiplayer modes.

I don't know if you corrected him or not but, looking back at his post, it's the same as what you quoted and it's spelt correctly.

It would have to be like picto-chat on the DS: one PSP would be the host and all others would connect to it.
