I don't know if it's the dpad , analog stick or what, but it's very hard to pull of special moves in most of the fighting games for NGcd? Or is it just me? has anybody else had this problem?

It aint just you, I was reading somewhere that most emus only run on 4 direction d pad instead of 8, that may be the problem. One way or another it is hard to execute < v > commands.

That's because the PSP has a 4 direction DPAD only, to complete an angle, for example, right on the D pad and down on the D pad would be your Down-Right direction. And it works fine in Neogeo emulation on the PSP. I think there's a tiny bit of lag between Dpad input to the emulator.. it's not complete by any means, i'm sure control will get more precise with more development.
